Because User IDs and Passwords are needed to access your eStatement, your account is protected 24-hours a day by 128-bit encryption technology.

• Do I still receive a statement in the mail? No, your paper statement will be stopped. However, should you wish to reactivate your paper statement, contact us. When your eStatement is ready to be received, you will be notified at the email address you selected.
  
• What does it cost? There is no additional cost for this service.
  
• Is special software involved? There is no special hardware or software required other than your PC, internet access, a web browser and Adobe reader software.
  
• How do I receive and view my eStatement? Retrieval of your eStatement is quick and secure with access requiring your unique ID and password. Checks posted to your account are "point and click" so that any check image may be quickly accessed and reviewed. And, once retrieved, both check images and the statement listing all account transactions may be printed for your records, although each eStatement is archived and accessible for 18 months.
